Da Nang- volunteer with Thanh Nha Dental to providing dental treatment for children from Hoa May Orphanage Center of Da Nang. Saigon- meetings with Ms Hang, Director of Eviva Travel regarding additional finical support for the Da Nang mission.

Hoa May Orphanage - On site at the orphanage, about 90 children received, exams, oral health instructions, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and floss. ($2.50/child). An additional 19 children needed treatment due to decay. The children were transported to Thanh Nha Dental via a donation from Furama Resorts. Treatment was provided by Dr. French and Dr. Thanh Nha. As always, for the children’s good behavior, the trip back from the dental clinic always includes a stop at the local ice cream parlor.   On the last day of our mission to Hoa May, the French family and friends handed out toys and educational items to all the children.

Thanh Pho Infant Orphanage- A morning visit to hold and interact with the infants. Milk and diapers were donated to the orphanage. Donated $400 formula milk and diapers.

Thanh Am Special School- meeting with Sister Lan to review the school’s dental needs. Donated 50 toothbrush kits and a $300 cash donation
