First time to San Jose del Cabo, so we had several meetings with local social workers to find the organization that most needed oral health care.

Sarahuaro Foundation has been providing social service that improves the quality of life for low income women and children since 2005. The Director, Lourdes Rodriguez, arranged for us to provide initial dental care to the children and we were followed by a cup cake decorating presentation by the chef at the Hilton Hotel.

So the toothbrushes came in handy after the children finished their cup cakes. News reporters and cameramen from Los Cabos News were also present for a newspaper article they ran on the event to arise awareness of the needs in the area. December 1st- 15th 2012 edition.
